Block editing in Fancybox

Block editing for images that we cannot edit:

1. Stock images can only be viewed (img-s- on preview page)

2. Tiff, eps images cannot be edited, but we have indicator for this on preview 
page. They can only be deleted. Use 'mul' in the edit menu id as a flag for 
editing and 'm' for deletion.

3. Grey out menu items in the fancybox where only deletion is possible.

4. Hide menu items in the fancybox for stock images.

5. Select the radio button for an image if it was opened in a fancybox.
