Image title editing in Fancybox

Replace native image title editor script with a new one in Fancybox.

1. Show image title at the top of the box above the image (mock-up?)
2. We need a pencil there to show it's editable.
3. Clicking on the pencil or the bar itself makes it editable.

Details on ZP call for this will come later.

Updated mockups and icon sprites attached.

Behavior: 
- All image titles show with a pencil icon next to them (see second and third 
image in the grid)
- Clicking on the text or pencil icon makes the field editable and the pencil 
icon is replaced with a "Save" icon and a "Cancel" icon next to it (see first 
image in the grid).

Fancy box mockups - fancyD11-1.png and fancyD11-2.png
Behavior:
- Image titles can also be edited in the fancybox.
- Title appears above the image with a pencil icon next to it (fancyD11-1.png)
- Clicking on the text or on the pencil icon makes the text field editable
- While typing, the pencil icon is replaced with a "Save" icon and a "Cancel" 
icon is added next to it (fancyD11-2.png).
