Skins inventory

There is a bit of confusion around skins. We have too many version floating 
around and this needs to be cleaned up.

Active skins are listed on this page 
http://www.zetaprints.com/help/category/skins/
They need to be checked against what is in the SVN and merged, if there are 
differences. The SVN will be the source of truth from now on.

Add the necessary changes for the cancel button to them, as was done for Issue 
42. Deploy to dev for testing. Test using realestate. They will be copied over 
to prod once tested OK.

Log any unrelated problems with the skins here. Start one issue per screen, 
upload sreenshots with crook pages. Include the address bar.

Zeta skin (http://zetaprints.com/java/dev/20100719/Zeta/main.css) has wrong 
header position, top menu (wrong.jpg). Javierata skins have the same problem.

Cancel doesn't look like a button at all.

Make it look clickable at the very list (hand pointer). Applies to all skins.

A mock-up of the button will follow shortly.

Javierata skins have the Cancel button. Is this the button in question 
(javierata_cancel.png)?
Checked the skins using the following URLs:

The Cancel buttons in other skins are not consistent with the skins themselves. 
Can you make each button same style like the "Upload new files" button 
(consistent_btn.png) of that particular skin?
