Printer menu in Grey skin #51

Catalog page has a menu hidden from view just on the left of the row with 
thumbs.

We need to bring it back for printers / designers. They have a different menu 
from users.

Do we have any sort of clue on that the page to day it's a printer / designer?
No JS. Got to be a CSS solution.
