Image strip #9

To decrease server load and increase compatibility, please create standalone 
page with image strip for current user

Try a new page.
page=img-strips;TemplateID=[templateid]
the cookie should have ID=[user id]

I do not understand why we need to return so much redundant data to the client. 
It
should just insert a single image in all existing strips. We need make sure all 
the
HTML is there even if there are no user images so you just insert a single TD 
with
every upload and un-hide tabs, if needed.
This should be the case in Mage and in ZP.
