Corrected README for Fedora #194

I just used this to get fingerprint login to work on my ThinkPad T480s and had to work around a few issues:

  1. The COPR repo in the Readme is outdated;
  2. Editing files in /etc/pam.d isn't encouraged on Fedora, from the top of one of them: 
    # Generated by authselect
# Do not modify this file manually, use authselect instead. Any user changes will be overwritten.
# You can stop authselect from managing your configuration by calling 'authselect opt-out'.
# See authselect(8) for more details.

I've updated the Readme to reflect this.
