Create upstream builds for the secondary repositories in the project #13

Currently, the secondary repositories in the project are only built against the latest stable release. Create a build for each of the repositories below that builds the packages with the upstream version of the uuv_simulator.

This build is done using the Travis? there is some good place to learn more about this procress?
