Launching a Static RexROV Model or Sensors #422

Hi, I'm trying to launch the RexROV model in a fixed position by setting the model to be static. I really just need the sensors to be in a specific location, but I'm having trouble spawning the ROV as a static model. What do I need to change to make it static?
