I discussed with Joanna, where we talked about a pattern of checking vocabulary:

1. Any number of measures can be introduced, but they need to be approved to be on this file. These can include having a description of what the measure is and making sure the text is unique and conforming to some standards (i.e., underscore versus camel).
2. After the pull request is accepted, the downstream tests will now utilize the updated dictionary henceforth so ensure consistent data
