I think this happened because the website hadn't been refreshed after formulas had been fixed within repos (as in, there's not an issue with the way the Rmd is knitting formulas the issue is with the formulas themselves).
There remain several issues with formulas being written incorrectly, which causes them to look incorrect when parsed. #16 is fixing this.
Also remaining is the issue of the metadata website not updating more frequently to reflect changes in repos. #18 is fixing this.
