You have a different version of pandoc, so when you ran 'make', it changed over 200 of the .html files. Which are the source .md files that were modified?

Oh shoot I meant to just pull the new stuff from the official repo to my fork since my local repo is off the fork. Did I accidentally modify something that I shouldn't have?
