Some versions of Doxygen pre-populate this with all the default options. Since the default whether it's prepopulated or not already contains C++, we can just get rid of it.
(Also, I'm not sure it actually respects the comma, which would be my mistake. I ran doxygen after making this change but I guess I must have missed something?)
