In #59, I shrunk the procedure section considerably and made it a very high-level "this is what you're going to be doing" rather than "...plus a lot of supporting information". We might even consider renaming Procedure to Overview instead.
This PR just expands that change to the other labs I edited to bring the new structure to labs 1-4.
To accommodate this change, I've extracted the tutorial into its own top-level Tutorial section.
...and there were a few slight changes to the Reading(s) section as well (notably, a rename to Recommended Readings).
Finally, there were a few additional edits made to Labs 1-3. Nothing major, though.
