4 years ago Looks great! A few comments:
- I have a few concerns about the static string in getWordInGrid(), but we can discuss that in person
- The body of timer::timer() shouldn't be in the timer.h file (that bug was there from before)
- For the post-lab optimizations, we should keep "Trying the various collision resolution strategies to find the fastest one" in there -- they will likely have implemented a reasonable one already, but it won't be very fast. Having them switch to a different means to resolve collisions is one of the big ways they speed it up.

There is sooooo much in this lab it's hard to condense it all. I need to work on this in sprints to gain inspiration and figure out how to move sections around. At any rate, here's a first draft.
