Hi Richard,

Good job on your nice presentation! You did a great job of defining your decision model. One question that I had in my mind during your presentation, was about your decision variables. So your decision variable is the time to start working right? Is this variable continuous or discrete(Like 24 hours of the day)? And since you are trying to determine this variable, have you checked if there are there any prior beliefs about this variable? I am asking because I think there are certain times of the day that recognized as the highest demands of electricity and powerplants should design their worksheet to satisfy that demand. So I think it could be an option for you to take a look at that for updating your decision model (It might take time, so maybe for your future research!).
