If a person submits an idea at the site where they want to take action, they should be able to use geolocation services to fill out the location field automatically.

Look into how this might be provided.

Our Google Maps on the idea page defaults to this project's target area, which is sufficient for an application of this scope. Moreover geolocation isn't too helpful as submitters may have ideas on nearby areas, but not exactly where they are. Client does not require more sophisticated solution.
