core/database.py contains the following functions that will become obsolete after the feature/import_export-branch is merged into development:

[ ] export_doctype(doctype)
[ ] export_csv(query, keys = ['doctype','publication_date','title','byline','text']):
[ ] import_documents(source_folder, force=False, use_url = False)
[x] id2filename(id)

To avoid confusion, the functionality should be ported and/or removed if no longer needed.

Additionally: move LexisNexis importer from import_class.py to new class

LexisNexis importer is ported to new approach per PR #318
