Ability to assign masterfiles to components #143

Currently, masterfiles can only be assigned to components through the automated finalization process. We need a way to assign masterfiles to components, and to edit and reassign them should we get it wrong when they are imported into the system.

See #181 All assignments for a unit can be redone with rake task. Smaller scale additions will probably be an issue for ArchivesSpace <-> Tracksys integration.
