add ability for instructors to post files / links to workshop materials #25

i know we've discussed this in the past ... didn't see any formal issue in the queue though (sorry if i missed one)

but i just had a conversation with jackie who will be using the system as an instructor this summer and she wanted to know if there was any way to share materials with attendees

as i've said before, i think it would be *very helpful for instructors to be able to upload file(s) with scripts, slides, etc and / or include a link out to where the workshop material is hosted (i.e. github repo, external website)

having the material posted in one place would be helpful for students and instructors and could even lead to a feature where students have a dashboard that shows all of the classes they've taken along with the material associated

one thing to keep in mind is that material may be "session specific" in that scripts / slides / example data change as the instructor refines content ... so it probably makes the most sense to associate these files or links with a session rather than a workshop, code or track

Linking out using the Markdown syntax in the workshop description, or by sending an email to students of a session. This should make it possible for her to get the information out if I can't get the upload feature implemented in time for her classes. But I will look into this as soon as I can.
