You can add Skype, Zoom, and Teams integration for users and agents.

In this way, when it is desired to meet with the customer or the responsible person, they can be contacted quickly through a common channel. There may be disagreements between Customers, Responsible, and Collaborators. Sometimes it is necessary to resolve these disagreements by talking. With this plugin, both parties can quickly set up and discuss meetings.

We have already planned these integrations in our pipeline, but since we're short on resources at the moment, it might take us some time to introduce these changes to our platform. It would also help us if you could provide us with a use-case scenario for the features you've suggested accordingly to help plan and develop these features.
