Issue Description

Currently I added in cron the mailbox in order to check through the command-line : php bin/console uvdesk:refresh-mailbox administratif@creches-newbees.fr

When I go to the tickets list and I click on a specific ticket the error appears.

Preconditions

1. UV Desk 1.2
2. Ubuntu Server 24.04.1 LTS
