Description In forward option when using the cc option does not contain a cc after submitting a reply
How to reproduce Step 1: Go to the ticket, click on the forward option and reply send with the cc option
Step 2: Now in the cc option used other non-agent id then enter this time will show this email is in cc:
Step 3: After submitting the reply shown in BCC :
Possible Solution
If we use the forward with cc option with non-agent email id should be saved as a CC, not a BCC.
