Description
The ticket view page is not showing the proper date time format: Y:m:d H:i:s

*How to reproduce
Step 1: Log in with the admin dashboard Step 2: Go to the branding section -> Time:

Step 3: Now check the ticket view and here header and left side do not show the proper date time format (Here not showing seconds number):

Possible Solution
If we use this date and time format should be shown in proper format with the seconds

This issue has not been resolved at this moment, in the latest uvdesk release v-1.1.3
