Description
Agent unassigned option should be added to the ticket list and ticket view page

How to reproduce
Step 1: Go to the admin panel and click on the tickets option

Step 2: Now here should be added the agent unassigned option on the ticket view list and ticket list page:

Possible Solution
If we want to unassigned agent from the ticket so should be add this option
