When create ticket from admin and customer end so here in message field is not showing required warning message
How to reproduce
Step 1: Go to the admin or customer end and create a ticket
Step 2: Now click on create ticket button and check required field, here message field is required but not taking reuired also not showing a warning message:
Possible Solution
If we submit the blank create ticket from so here showing a warning message in message field instead of submit ticket without message field.
