problem with the package installation #3

Hi, I'm trying to install this package on a fresh installation of UVDesk community edition, but I'm not able to get it work.

I followed all the steps in the instruction and it seems that a new extension is detected, but then any migration is performed (i.e. database not updated). Hereafter the output of the commands: Schermata 2020-01-09 alle 11 55 38

The entities defined in the package are not created (i.e. the table uv_pkg_uvdesk_ecommerce_ticket_order_details) and nothing else change in the application menu (supposing it should be).

Any suggestion or information about how to complete this installation?

thank you in advance!

@g-notomia open your project directory locate .env file in route directory and change APP_ENV=dev. Clear your project cache by: php bin/console c:c --env dev Now again run all the commands for ECommerce Package.

devMode

@papnoisanjeev Thank you for your prompt reply! the APP_ENV was already set to dev.

Anyway I installed the api-bundle as well and running migrating commands for this, it created the table for the ecommerce as well.

My concern now are about that I can not notice any change to the application... should I find an APP in the app section?

Hello @g-notomia

Once the eCommerce package has been installed in your project, you will get the icon inside each ticket detail page by which you can fetch order by giving order ID after successful integration of Apps from here https://store.webkul.com/UVdesk/UVdesk-Open-Source.html
