Description
When the mailbox refresh so here ticket thread id is the same instead of the ticket dashboard thread id
How to reproduce
Step 1: Create a ticket from the mail or dashboard side
Step 2: Reply from the mail side in ticket created email template
Step 3: Now run the mailbox command and here showing the ticket thread id is the same to the ticket id:

If we run the mailbox command so here should be shown the ticket thread id instead of the ticket id
