Deleted swiftmailer id will not remove from uvdesk.yaml

1. Delete configured swiftmailer id should also remove from uvdesk.yaml[Email Settings]
Also Swiftmailer drop down exist inside Email Settings should have default value set if no id configured
value = "Not Selected"
