Issue #46
IMAP not creating Tickets
User who is not registered with helpdesk as an agent/customer will be treated as a new customer.
Customer welcome kit will be sent to his/her email
A new thread will be added to the ticket referencing his/her
Updating Ticket in case if the sender's mail is registered with helpdesk as mailbox
