changes for first desc & then asc in ticket list; CDN links updated for datepicker in form-component packages #146

1. Why is this change necessary?

Now, if we want to change the date from the customer side, it will not able to show pop up calender & as we as not showing time listing

If we sort the list of tickets on the basis of the last ticket update then it will first give asc & then provided us desc list

2. What does this change do, exactly?

Now, Datapaicker CDN links are added to the customer side so that a customer can easily select the date & time

Also, update ASC & desc then if customer want to sort desc list update there first
