Description
In ticket type show description instead of ticket type code name
How to reproduce Issue 1:
Step 1: Go to admin panel and create a ticket type with name and also use description: https://prnt.sc/YvwudYVIT7o2
Step 2: Now check from these places:
=> Ticket list page with alphabetical order:
=> Ticket create from admin and agent side:
=> In Workflow for set type as option:
=> In prepared Responses for set type as option:
Issue 2:
=> When ticket type updated from admin or agent side so pop up notification showing type description instead of type name:
after page refreshing ticket type changed in type name -> type description:
Issue 3:
=> When Ticket creates from the customer side choose ticket type after created ticket check on admin panel and here shows type description in the ticket: https://prnt.sc/hBGXybyy0mYT

Possible Solution
If we are updating ticket type should be pop up notification show type name
If we are using ticket type name and with description so should be shown only type name
