Description
The ticket type should be in alphabetical order

How to reproduce
Step 1: Go to admin and create a ticket type

Step 2: Now Check on these places should be shown in alphabetical order:

On Ticket List Page On Ticket View Page On Prepared Responses On Workflow

Possible Solution
If we are creating a ticket types should be shown in alphabetical order in these places:

On Ticket List Page On Ticket View Page On Prepared Responses On Workflow

This issue is fixed now in the latest release (Uvdesk v1.1.1).
