In Prepared Responses should not be shown disable ticket type #191

Description
In Prepared Responses should not be shown disable ticket type

How to reproduce
Step 1: Go to the admin panel and create disable ticket type

Step 2: Now go to the prepared responses option and here check set type as an option here shows disabled ticket type:

Possible Solution
If we are creating a disable type so should not be shown disable ticket type in prepared responses

This issue is fixed now in the latest release (Uvdesk v1.1.1).
