Description
If categories are disabled should be preview button be disabled

How to reproduce
Step 1: Go to the category, and create a category with a draft:

Step 2: Now click on preview it is clickable but here should be preview button be disabled

Possible Solution

If categories are disabled should be preview button be disabled like in the articles option:
