Contact Us button should not appear after disable #202

Description

When an admin disable ticket creation with login for user then also on dashboard page contact us button appear in dashboard page footer.

How to reproduce
=> Login as an admin or administrator => Open branding settings => select Knowledge base tab => Now select Login required To create tickets option. => save it. image

=> Open dashboard, here you will not see the contact us button on header but in bottom you can see the contact us button. contactus_button_issue

Possible Solution
Add condition in layout page to check weather the contact us button disable or not
