Need to update ar language should be shown a position rtl on the customer dashboard

How to reproduce

Step 1: Go to the customer dashboard and change language in ar in site URL:

Step 2: Now here position should be rtl like this:

Possible Solution
If we are changing in ar language here should be shown an RTL position in the ar language only.
