When click on attachment for download then shows an error on customer panel
How to reproduce
Step 1: Open any ticket and added an attachment in the ticket reply
Step 2: Now click on single attachment for view or download attachment, then shows an error:
Step 3: After click on attachment, shows an error like this:

Step 4: If we click on the download as zip then zip download successfully.
Possible Solution
If we click on attachment then should be download or view easily instead of shows an error.
