Issue #84: Improve stash show / Issue #2: newline at end of diff panel #153

Re-merge of #123 and #124

123: Select a stash entry and click the show function from drop down; it should resemble the diff shown on command line.

124: Click on a modified file from the file panel. There should no longer be text that says `no newline at end of file`

123 --> Works as expected

124 --> No new line as expected

Code looks good. UI looks solid
