I have to admit that i dont have any knowledge on most of the materials you presented. If the aim of the dashboard is to enhance interest in this topic --> you should figure a way to explain the concepts in the dashboard so that it is self-explantory (or user can get access to materials that help them to understand what you are presenting on the dashboard).
For the charts, I imagine that you have filter/options for different schemes to visualize on line plot and 3d plots? Will you include options to include mutiple schemese on the same plots so that we can make the comparison easily? If so, how will it look on your 3d plot?
If you use stimulation, make sure to explain the rationale, and also, can the user stimulate new data right on the UI/UX of your shiny app?
Thank you, we are doing visualize + friendly narative to explain this difficult topic.
For your questions, below are our team answers:
Multiple modulation schemes are demonstrated on the same plot for easy comparison . For 3D plot we will try to extend to the modulation dimension or power domain. We will try with 3D printing or hologram to see what is suitable.
The rationale for Monte Carlo simulation is to compare the theoritical result with simulated result. It is a common practice in physics and engineering. Since there a lot of non ideal factor in the real world. The user will not simulate data right on the UI because this simulation is computational intensive. We simulate different scenario offline and collect the data, the GUI is just for presentation only.
Dear Team H,
Thank you for the very detailed proposal,
a few things to note:
