LOW PRIORITY
When a pegloop or independent loop is included in input file mast generates a series of new input files named looped_*.inp in order to create scratch directories. It would be nice, if once MAST was finished generating the needed scratch directories, it would delete these files. Since each scratch directory contains its own input file, keeping these files as well seems redundant.
