The setup.py file needs some manual adjustment in order to capture all the non-python files in MAST/utility/gbdiff and MAST/utility/diffanalyzer (which is all of their files).
The code is still here on github and should be in a github zip, but it does not get packaged into the pypi.tar.gz file.
Also, unit test test files (.txt, POSCAR, etc.) and subfolders do not get installed with the pypi .tar.gz file.
