chopingredient parent image structures match on "00..0N" so neb name cannot contain that string #417

neb_o302B-o292B_q=p0_opt1

This neb will match the parents o302B and o292B However, it will also match neb foldername "o302B" and "02" and expect to have gotten a parent image like 0302B_02.
