in v8 theme: uw_boundless_form_system_theme_settings_alter declared twice #13

Cannot access theme settings as it pops a php error.

uw_boundless_form_system_theme_settings_alter() (previously declared in /themes/contrib/uw_boundless-drupal8/uw_boundless.theme:80) in /themes/contrib/uw_boundless-drupal8/theme-settings.php on line 16

Removing theme-settings.php (leftovers from d7) fixes the problem.
