How can I provide the initial template structure? #7

Hi, Is there a way for the user to provide a custom template in addition to the fasta sequence? Specifically if only a partial structure of a heterodimer is known, is it possible for me to use that as the template structure and use RF2 to predict/fold rest of the sequence? Thanks!
