I am trying to reproduce the result of fig3-G in paper (https://doi.org/10.1101/2022.09.09.507333) using sequences from PDB:7A9X, but got strange results showed delow. (prediction result only and merge with 7A9X)
The RNA chain formed a nice helix, but it should not be like that.
The scripts ran smoothly without any bugs reported, except for errors when scanning rfam (no homologues found, as expected).
What is going wrong?
