I am trying to install Rosettafold2NA in my local workstation. While running the following installation step I am running into gzip: can not allocate memory in the following step : ../input_prep/reprocess_rnac.pl XXXXXXX. I have sufficient memory in my installation folder. But I think the error relates to the unzipping process. I do not know how to resolve this. Can you please help?
