Wiki and Docs link are broken. #241

Is there any documentation on how to use tmol or are the links in README placeholders?

@aleaverfay and I were just talking -- it's possible the UW machine that hosts the docs is down? We're investigating (and near term objectives include some "cookbook" style use cases.

I've never been able to access these, so I assumed they were still in the process of being written... But now that the project is public, I was wondering if any documentation was in the works.
