Change ossi mode to "ossie" to remove dashes from output

I suggest changing the line below to use the "ossie" mode instead of "ossi4". I honestly haven't found what ossi4 does. "ossie" causes the punctuation in extensions to be removed, which will cause scripts using pbxd's output less confusion when comparing values between systems.
