Describe the bug

A reviewer cannot get the course evaluation information

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Purely as a reviewer of a course evaluation (not having a coordinator role as well)

Expected behavior

A reviewer can get the course evaluation information

Other

Additional context This bug got through because I was testing with a user that is both a coordinator and a reviewer of that unit
