bootstrap some of the pages with content
reusable bottom navigation
utilities for review pages that can be used in other pages
Overview and EOC
installation of mui/lab for an easier way of using Tabs (maybe of interest to you @chayG5)

Needed to update the backend packages due to yanking of a subdependency see https://pypi.org/project/cryptography/#history (action that was failing was https://github.com/uwasystemhealth/IndEAAv2/runs/8107675383?check_suite_focus=true)
